We are seeking a Microsoft Defender Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients through expert consultation and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to clients' business needs, with a focus on the Microsoft Defender suite of products, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender Vulnerability Management.
  • Design, implement and maintain Entra ID Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and App Governance.
  • Design, implement and maintain Microsoft Purview.
  • Design, implement and maintain Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on Microsoft 365 Defender suite of products.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Defender and Purview suite of products and related integrations, addressing customer-facing challenges effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize their utilization of Microsoft 365 tools and facilitate a positive customer-facing experience.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment – knowledge sharing and learning from others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Consultant with the Microsoft Defender suite of products.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications
