Position Overview: Bridgeline Staffing is currently seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to join a school system in Aurora, IL. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students, contributing to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the implementation of educational plans and activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with educational professionals to address individual student needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
  • Paraprofessional Educator license

Working Hours:

  • Full-time and part-time positions are available.
  • Flexible scheduling with a variety of caseload options.
