Project Analyst

CCRM Fertility is seeking a Project Analyst (“FP&A”) to help support the company through an era of rapid organizational and financial growth. The FP&A Project Analyst will play a key role providing financial analysis to promote optimal performance within the organization and to ensure growth objectives are achieved, with a commitment to transforming fertility care and treatments in accordance with CCRM’s core mission

• Responsible for taking a hands-on role in enhancing CCRM's financial reporting, planning, and analysis and will support in building business cases for all large strategic imperatives.
• Identify and provide insight from key metrics to measure and drive high levels of operational performance throughout the organization.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual forecast & reporting processes in alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.
• Provide performance reports to the senior management team and network physician partners.
• Develop and enhance reporting and analysis processes to provide actionable insights about organizational and site by site performance.
• Works alongside the Corporate Development team to complete due diligence and financial modeling of growth opportunities, including M&A and de novo locations
• Supports the effective procurement and management of vendor contracts for supplies, equipment, and services for CCRM.
