Psychiatrist (Adult)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate adult psychiatrist to join our growing multispecialty medical clinic. As a part of the behavioral health team, you will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality mental health care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and treating adults with various mental health disorders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments

-Develop individualized treatment plans for patients

-Prescribe medication and monitor treatment response

-Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients if desired

-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

-Maintain accurate and timely medical records

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Physicians are hired with a first-year salary plus incentive. Partnership is offered at the beginning of the second year with a $100 buy-in. Clinic is 100% owned by practicing physicians. All physicians are on equal footing after the first year (no seniority ownership or benefits). Income with partnership status is commission-based. Health and disability insurance are covered 100 percent. Other benefits include 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, CME, and coverage for board examination. -Medical degree from an accredited US medical school

-Completion of an ACGME approved residency program in general adult psychiatry

-Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry

-Active and unrestricted Utah medical license, or ability to become licensed
