The Role You Will Play

• The Lead FileMaker Engineer will work in an innovative and stable environment on a variety of Claris FileMaker Development projects for this firm's esteemed clients.
• With a high level of accountability and integrity, the Lead Engineer will own development, testing, and deployment, setting the technical direction, naming conventions, general coding style, and testing methods.
• The Lead FileMaker Engineer is entrusted to refine and assign engineer work as well as plan releases and sprints with Project and Team Leads.
• This role will actively contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems as well as right-size and sort issues ensuring technical readiness.
• By working with this team, you will gain the technical skills and business acumen needed to deliver exceptional customer service and stellar products.

Background Profile

• 7+ years of FileMaker Development experience
• Expertise in developing and deploying database solutions with the Claris FileMaker Platform
• Skilled in leading a team and project from ideation through completion
• Working knowledge of troubleshooting and technical analysis
• Strong aptitude to understand new business models and adapt to client workflows
• Claris Certification(s)
