A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA SERVICE TECHNICIAN


As a Spa Service Technician, you are a powerful piece of our company's equation. Therefore, top-notch customer service, installations, and repairs are your daily goals. We know we can count on you to maintain a local service schedule, close service tickets, and collect payment. You effectively read and comprehend client information, service manuals, and appropriately analyze spa problems and solutions. You understand that whether it's a brand new JetPak hot tub or a warranty repair you are one step closer to ensuring our customers' relaxation, recovery, and peace. They get to experience that ear-to-ear smile because of your exquisite service


Our mission to "create peaceful lives" is yours as well, and it drives you to stay on top of everything. So, when it comes to your company truck, you're kind of a neat freak and you regularly keep things fully-stocked, labeled, and well-organized. When it comes to communication, you're on the ball You constantly provide insight on how to improve our customer relations, experience, and service. You are sure to share that information with your service manager to keep them informed of our local needs. You happily help set up showings or assist our sales team at our local showroom with other tasks. At the end of the day, you love your job and enjoy providing a great backyard experience for our customers.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SPA SERVICE TECHNICIAN


  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work in hot weather conditions
  • Responsiveness to career growth

Can you accurately present information to management and our customers? Are you a math whiz who can calculate discounts, percentages, and other figures?
