About the Role

We're in search of a dynamic General Dentist to join our Founding Clinical team. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to influence patient care, collaborating with prosthodontists and specialists, as well as Ritual's product and technology teams. Nestled in the heart of iconic Tribeca, NY, our modern office serves as a canvas for creativity and collaboration. Our environment exudes style and comfort, featuring spacious operatory rooms, a private staff lounge, and a patient learning hub for enhanced connection. This is an in person role, based in New York City.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform routine dental procedures, such as cleanings, direct and indirect restorations such as single crowns, inlay, onlays, veneers, simple extractions, anterior root canals.
  • Collaborate with prosthodontists, specialists, and technology teams to integrate innovative solutions into patient care.
  • Stay informed about advancements in dental science, technology, and AI to continually enhance patient care.
  • Educate and empower patients to make informed decisions about their oral health, preventive dentistry
  • Foster collaboration and engage in interdisciplinary discussions to solve complex problems.
Qualifications & SkillsMust Have
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
  • Active NY state dental license.
  • 3+ years of experience in general dentistry.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a tech-enabled company.
  • Certificates or training in advanced dental technologies (such as 3D intraoral scanning)
  • Invisalign certificate

The target salary range for this position is: $750 minimum per day plus commission pay. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including clinical experience, qualifications, skills and applicable laws.
