Acute Care: NOC Registered Nurse

At CCHS, our Acute Care department staffing has 1 – 2 CNA’s staffed to assist RN’s with patient care. As a Critical Access Hospital, our Nursing Leadership steps up to the plate to assist on the floor, working elbow to elbow with staff to give our community the care they need. We offer hands-on training, as we have Simulation’s available for education and skills practice.
Compensation:
- $3,750 Sign-On Bonus included
- $44.40 - $62.04 per hour
- Differentials added for time worked nights and weekends
- Nights (7PM to 7AM): $7.00 per hour (already included in hourly rate)
- Weekends (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday): $2.00 per hour
- Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS
As a member of the Acute Care nursing staff, you will evaluate diagnostic tests, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate provision of safe patient care while finding collaborative solutions. We are looking for an individual who can adapt and learn. Our Acute Care staff 12-hour shifts throughout the week. The NOC shift is from 6:45PM to 7:15AM.
