Responsibilities
- Execute Profit Plan development (long-term, annual, semi-annual, & monthly)
- Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets.
- Develop or analyze information to assess the current or future financial status of the company.
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.
- Organize annual company and department policy development.
- Develop financial operating strategies, plans, or procedures based on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and historical company performance.

- Check standard cost development for accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to appropriate guidelines for standard cost development and meeting schedule semi-annually.
- Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis.
- Prepare reports related to complacence matters.
- Maintain regulatory or compliance documentation.
- Prepare operational progress or status reports.
- Analyze risks to minimize losses or damages.
- Support and assist with pricing management activities.
- Determine pricing or monetary policies.
- Apply appropriate pricing to comply with contract language for sales revenue.
- Support and assist with model life management activities.
- Includes new model launch, maintenance throughout model program life, and model decommission.
- Supervise and provide direct support and feedback to team members.
- Develop detailed schedules to meet, maintain, and manage targets.
- Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships across departments and with affiliate sales teams.
Additional Considerations
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Presentation experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with cross-functional teams including executive levels of management strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
