Technical Implementations Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership to develop effective integration processes, tools and templates that business units can effectively utilize to integrate vendors.
• Define, document, and implement processes for integration to ensure compliance and standardization across stakeholders.
• Responsible for regression testing and testing in UAT and Production environments in collaboration with dev
• Improve API integrations by studying current practices.
• Responsible to gather lender information and keys.
• Consults with client to determine key relationships to be integrated into Jaro ecosystem.
• Creates Vendor Implementation Project Plan with clearly defined expectations for client and internal parties with key dates and milestones.
• Shares information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes.
• Provides performance reporting of vendor integrations to Customer Success Manager and leadership.
• Monitoring of project progress against plan and escalation of risks and issues to the head of implementations
• Management of all risks and issues
• Responsible for on-time delivery and overall quality of deliverables
• Ensure solutions are successfully integrated into complex client environments via rigorous test management oversight.
• Ensure seamless transition from build to a stable run environment with the client team.
• Participate in Functional and User Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate testing of stakeholders and cross-functional impacting teams
• Respond and troubleshoot API issues for clients and vendors to solution.

Competencies (what you will bring to the role)

• Demonstrated ‘big picture’ thinking – the ability to see how parts interact across all products while retaining the ability to focus on integration capabilities.
• Proven Product Management record of accomplishment, working with multiple teams (Development, Product Support, Services, Sales, and Quality Assurance) to deliver products to multiple stakeholders (Clients, Sales)
• Technical undergrad degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in formal requirements methodologies such as vision, scope, context, use cases, preferred.
• Proven ability to work with customers, vendors, standards bodies, open source projects.
• Superior follow up and organization abilities.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and bring in cross functional parties as needed to get to a quick resolution.
