Schedule
- Full-time Positions
- Alternative Work Schedule (4/10 Schedule)
- Office is open Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays per month

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Current CA RDA licensure
- X-Ray License
- BLS/CPR Certified
- Experience in Pedo and Ortho preferred
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment.
- Take dental x-rays according to dentist's orders.
- Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (tooth brushing, flossing, etc.)
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.
- Provide administrative support when necessary.
