Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00/hr, depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities: As a CSR/dispatcher, your primary role involves courteously and professionally making outbound calls to customers and dispatching technicians to the field. Additionally, you will provide essential office support utilizing a range of computer and organizational skills, managing various clerical tasks.

Key Duties:

  • Assist the service department with planned maintenance customer contacts and scheduling.
  • Maintain a customer database with relevant information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business unit operations.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and attitude consistently.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service/reception-based role in an office setting
  • Minimum of 1 year of scheduling or dispatching experience (HVAC or construction trade experience is a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent follow-up and time management abilities
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
