Join our team as a Plasma Laser Operator and be a vital part of our day shift operations, where you'll have the chance to earn competitive pay starting at $22 per hour.Job Description:As a Plasma Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plasma laser cutting machines. Your role will involve:
  • Setting up and calibrating the plasma laser cutting equipment.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and design specifications.
  • Operating the machinery to precisely cut various materials, often metals, into specific shapes and sizes.
  • Monitoring the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep the equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating plasma laser cutting machines is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to work the day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
