Here is the Role: The ADVANA Reporting Specialist- Senior Consultant assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced reporting solutions using ADVANA. Must possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data visualization techniques, and a passion for turning complex data sets into actionable insights.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using ADVANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets for reporting.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize ADVANA reports effectively.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data reporting and visualization.
Skills and Experience you need:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in using ADVANA for reporting and data visualization.
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other relevant data manipulation languages.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
- Solid understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive in staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and reporting.
Travel Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel up to 10-15% nationally and internationally for client business as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in hybrid/remote office environment and requires operating standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Must be able to lift small packages or other items up to 20lbs and travel short or long distances in a car, airplane, or other vehicle of transportation to client destinations nationally and internationally if needed.
Extra Credit if you have:
- 4-year degree in finance or related field preferred.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable transactions preferred.
