· Solid understanding of basic accounting/ financial principles.

· Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, and Microsoft Suite.

Role Description:

Could be a full time on-site Bookkeeper Assistant at Professional Building Services of the Quad Cities, Inc., you will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial tasks. This includes maintaining financial statements, recording journal entries, processing payroll, and utilizing accounting software.
