Role Overview: As a Private Equity Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm, managing and growing our investment portfolio, and driving value creation across our portfolio companies. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge, extensive network, and investment acumen to lead investment opportunities, oversee due diligence processes, and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Strategy & Leadership:

    • Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities.
    • Lead and oversee due diligence processes, including financial analysis, market research, and operational assessments.
    • Negotiate and structure investment terms and agreements.

  • Portfolio Management:

    • Provide strategic guidance and operational support to portfolio companies.
    • Monitor and enhance the performance of portfolio investments.
    • Work closely with senior management teams of portfolio companies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, advisors, and other key stakeholders.
    • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
    • Manage investor relations and communicate performance, strategies, and updates effectively.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Mentor and develop junior team members and investment professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in private equity or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex investment processes and portfolio companies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
