Registered Nurse Float Pool - Full Time - Permanent Position

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care

  • Float to various departments and adapt quickly to changing healthcare environments

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid RN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to float to different departments and work different shifts as needed
