POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Account Executive, the Senior Software Developer plays a pivotal role in implementing software solutions that meet client needs and technological requirements while adhering to best practices and industry standards. The Senior Software Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software systems to deliver high-quality products within specified timelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and robustness of the codebase.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project progress and team collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Candidates with active Clearance (MBI preferred) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
  • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL, MongoDB) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
