As a Machinist (also known as Machine Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll perform renovation, repair, fitting, and assembly of metal parts for machinery or equipment. You'll handle layout, setup, and operation of various machine tools, use a variety of instruments such as Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, and operate power equipment. You'll also assist in maintaining inventory of replacement parts and ensure good housekeeping in your work area.
