Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, as well as routine health concerns
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and EKGs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing medical care and follow-up for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as specialists and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Provide patient education on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and management of chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current unincumbered state of Texas medical license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
