The Arc Western Montana, a non-profit organization that provides residential and day services for adults with developmental disabilities, is seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support to multiple group homes, as well as the main center. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the organization's computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to staff and clients.

· $55,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

· Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots a wide range of software

· Provide technical support to staff and clients

· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions

· Provides Microsoft network support

· Manage network security and ensure data privacy


Work Schedule:

· Monday-Friday, on call availability for outside of business hours emergencies

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

· Experience: Five (5) years related experience and/or training.

· Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

· Compassionate & Respectful: Passion for helping others.

· Reliable: Dependability is crucial.

· Communication Skills: Effective in English, including electronic communication.

· Driver License: Have held a valid driver license for five (5) years with a relatively clean record for the last three (3) years.

· Background Check: Must pass all required checks.

· Drug Testing: Required as per Montana State Law.
