Construction Assistant Superintendent/Inspector- Comstock, NY Field Office (213C)
The projects will include:
$7.5M Replace Windows Building 9 – Great Meadow CF
$5M repair Perimeter Wall – Great Meadow CF
$13M Switchgear- Washington CF
$28.6M cell block rehab- Great Meadow CF (currently ongoing.)
REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check for DOCCS.
• Willingness to work inside medium and maximum-security prisons.
• Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to respond to calls off normal hours and occasionally work extra hours to meet project needs.
• Must be able to work autonomously, follow procedures, interpret and enforce contract documents.
• Must be available for some NYS travel.

Hourly Salary: $40.00-$45.00/Hourly Salary (depending upon years of experience and education)
