Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInfraHire is looking for a Estimator/ projectManager in Jonesboro, AR. Job Description:- Prefer extensive experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems.
- Analyze projects and prepare bid requests.
- Order materials, direct crews on job specifics, and schedule jobs
- Possess strong organizational and documentation skills to track requests, approved changes, and customer requirements.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and the ability to document bid requirements and costs.
- We currently use The Edge Estimating software.
- Experience bidding on various commercial roofing systems using architectural drawings and field knowledge would be advantageous
