WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive our appointment-setting process with precision and creativity, ensuring a systematic approach to achieving our goals.
  • Utilize your expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to keep our systems running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Develop and refine processes that enhance the efficiency and productivity of our team, delegating tasks effectively.
  • Engage with our clients and team members in a manner that's both professional and empathetic, fostering positive relationships.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Solid experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
