This is a Part Time Position

MEKRA Lang North America (MLNA), an independent company of the MEKRA Group, is the leading manufacturer of rear view vision systems for commercial vehicles. This North American facility also houses the primary engineering, research and design operations for the Western Hemisphere.

For our location in Ridgeway, South Carolina we are looking for Part Time 2nd Shift Production Operator:


Job Duties:

  • Assemble products and/or operate machinery
  • Meet standard Safety, Pieces Per Hour productivity, scrap and quality output requirements per production line and product standards
  • Run production components based on work instructions
  • Must attain fundamental knowledge of operation and application of product
  • Understand and comply with all written requirements
  • Maintain a good work ethic regarding fixture cleanliness, material handling, and overall quality requirements
  • Assure work area and associated tools are kept clean and in good working order where applicable


Qualification:

  • Must be able to sit, stop and stand for a long period of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Basic mechanical aptitude needed
  • Must be able to handle hand tools, read attribute and functional gauging, and use pneumatic wrenches
  • Must be able to provide legible and understandable written documentation when required
