Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPartners In Care is seeking a Supply Coordinator responsible for the organization's cost-effective management of medical supplies and equipment. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the lives of our patients.

Compensation: $20-25 per hour (DOE).
Location: Local/regional travel by personal vehicle during the working day, centralized from the Bend office and extending throughout Central Oregon.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

What You Get To Do:
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and sales representatives.
  • Order supplies as needed to maintain adequate levels of supplies.
  • Bills for medical supply costs.
  • Rotate stock as needed to avoid outdated expiration dates.
  • Keep supply room clean and adhere to OSHA/Regulatory standards.
  • Fill clinician supply requests promptly to ensure the efficiency of clinician time.
  • Maintain Glucometers and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory records on all medical supplies.
  • Problem-solve errors and equipment issues as needed.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and working relations with coworkers and the community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of medical supply experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adequate verbal, written, and organizational skills needed to perform job functions.
  • Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
  • Current automobile insurance, a valid Oregon drivers license, and reliable transportation are required for those working in the field.

Partners In Care is unique among other service providers as an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit. Our predominantly mobile workforce of over 200 employees serves patients and their families in a 10,000-square-mile area. About 175 local volunteers work with Partners In Care in fundraising, resource coordination, and other areas of community support.
