Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting equipment for events.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to meet event requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Efficiently dismantle and pack up equipment post-event.
- Technical proficiency in AV equipment setup and operation.
- Previous experience in AV or events preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
- Physical endurance for equipment handling, heavy lifting, and flexible work hours.
