Lighting Quotations Coordinator

Function:
The Lighting Quotations Coordinator will work with the quotes team, sales team and vendors to put together quote requests.
Responsibilities:
- Extract lighting fixture and lighting control schedules from pertinent documents and construction drawings
- Send information to lighting factories and lighting reps for pricing
- Provide all necessary documents to quotations team to generate lighting quotes for our customers
- Create projects in Oasis
- Create daily bid list
- Support efforts of outside sales team & lighting quotations team
- Engage with customers and manufacture reps on project information
- All other tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self Starter with initiative
- Detail oriented and organized
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience with electrical drawings is a plus
