Job Summary:
As a Service Receptionist at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon, you will be an integral part of our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, warmly greeting visitors, and providing support with administrative tasks. We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual who can join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time employment if there are no other commitments to work around.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate service team members.
  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our service reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing service records and documents.
  • Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient coordination with service technicians and advisors.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional service and resolving any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting areas.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Age requirement: 18 years old and up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and customer-oriented attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to handle phone calls professionally, demonstrating patience and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including Saturday hours with one Saturday off a month.
  • Availability to work until 9 PM (till close) two or three nights a week.
  • Proficient computer skills, including basic office software knowledge.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus but not required.
