World-class Italian restaurant Grand Amari and its cocktail bar, Little Bitter Bar, are seeking a dedicated front-of-house professional to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Our commitment to quality shines through our food and beverage programs, rooted in traditional Italian recipes. We are looking for individuals with advanced knowledge of Italian food, wine, and cocktail culture, who are passionate about going above and beyond in their service.

This position requires availability on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings, though an open schedule is

additionally preferred.


General Responsibilities and Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience serving and bartending in a fine dinging environment where high touch exceptional
  • service is a must - Bartending experience is required
  • Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer is required. Interest in growing Italian wine and Amari
  • knowledge is a must.
  • Ability to learn a vast Italian menu, brand story, local seasonality, and gain a solid base knowledge of beer,
  • wine, and spirits.
  • Willingness to take on all shared responsibilities in front of house duties including hosting, bussing, running
  • food, and bartending
  • Enjoy working with a team focused on exceptional customer service and teamwork
  • Efficient and able to multitask by prioritizing side projects.

Work Environment:

Restaurant setting with potential loud noise levels and exposure to hazards such as cuts, slipping, and burns. Frequent hand washing required.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and occasionally lift products weighing up to 20 pounds.
