Shipping/Receving/Janitorial

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as a Shipping, Receiving, and Janitorial Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and process them accurately into the inventory system.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Inspect and report any damaged or missing items, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Maintain organized and efficient storage of inventory to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and hygienic workspace, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Physical stamina to lift and move packages, stand for extended periods, and perform janitorial tasks.
