  • Identify repair parts requirements, place orders with customer service, and receive inspections of all repair projects.
  • Mechanical Background
  • Inspect and clean tools.
  • Ensure all tools are maintained according to manufacturers' specifications.
  • Ensure that tool parts are properly identified in maintenance records.
  • Task-specific knowledge of the tools and equipment being repaired.
  • Provide service and customer support via phone support, and factory support.
  • Understanding the reasonable amount of time needed to complete any task required.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external customer service.


Requirements:


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of mechanical principles preferred.
  • Understanding of electronic principals preferred.

Skills & Experience

  • Good phone skills.
  • Proper grammar and punctuation.
  • Computer skills "Microsoft Etc."

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
  • Moderate lifting and carrying.
  • Some walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, bending and climbing.
