Assistant Cake Decorator

Denny's 5th Avenue Bakery is looking for an assistant cake decorator. This is a full time/part time position working 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3-5 days a week.

No evenings, holidays or weekends


The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least three years of experience in a specialty bakery
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An artistic and creative mind
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ready to pitch-in, learn, and be a team player

Must have advanced expertise with the following basic decorating skills:

  • Leveling, building, and crumb coating cakes properly
  • Ice cakes smoothly
  • Piping borders
  • Writing on cakes

Job Type: Full time/Part-time

Salary: $18+ per hour, based on experience.
