Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to guide the growth and expansion of the company
• Set ambitious goals and objectives to establish the Private Jet Airline as a leader in private business aviation
• Represent the Company in industry forums and public events
• Articulate a compelling vision and mission for the company that resonates with employees, stakeholders, and the public
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure effective and efficient use of resources
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation
• Manage the company's financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and manage potential risks and challenges

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or in senior executive roles within the aviation industry
• In-depth knowledge of the private aviation industry and familiarity with business aviation operations
• Strong strategic vision and the ability to execute plans for growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
