  1. Strategic Financial Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
    • Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.

  2. Financial Management:

    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
    • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.

  3. Operational Efficiency:

    • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.
    • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  4. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
    • Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.

  5. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions as needed.

  6. Financial Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities, cost structures, and financial performance metrics.

  7. Reporting and Compliance:

    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee audits and ensure adherence to financial controls and governance practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Certifications: CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
