Job Description

Responsible for the efficient operation of the security dispatch desk.

  • Operate the Dispatch Desk.
  • Monitor all officers' current locations and assignments.
  • Prioritize telephone requests for assistance and dispatch officers according to priority of telephone requests received.
  • Access log screen on computer and update information as officers' details change.
  • Listen to and acknowledge incoming radio calls as appropriate.
  • Maintain control of Key Log and issuance and return of keys.
  • Input information from written reports (Lost, Investigative, etc.) into computer and file or maintain organization of written reports and correspondence.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to effectively and efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Prior experience in casino security dispatch (or similar field) preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
