Quality Management Systems Specialist 

What you’ll do:
  • Ensure plant compliance with IATF16949/ISO9001 standards, Autoliv policies, Customer Specific Requirements
    • Internal and external audit planning, execution, reporting IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 17025
  • Coordinates Management Review Activities/Action Plans with the AOA plant management team
  • Coordinate the TISAX and cyber security audits and certifications for AOA
  • Provides quality system audit results for Management review
  • Plans and follows up project-, process- and product audits
  • Analyzes audit results and direct audit priorities
  • Leads/participates problem resolution teams regarding audit findings
  • Ensures correct distribution, understanding and working acc. to standards (AS and local standards). Remove old versions.
  • Coordinates common systems/databases for Quality Management System (for example corrective action, return/reject authorization, internal audit, procedures, etc.)
  • Develops common Management Manual and keep it updated
  • Additional tasks assigned accordianly. 

 

What is required:

• Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering or Equivalent. 

• Lead Auditor Experiance 

•Willingness to travel as needed 

•Willingness to work off hours as needed
