Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro ICU

Location: Dallas, TX

Shift Type: Full-Time, Night Shift

  • Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Shifts per Week: 3 (36 hours scheduled)

Salary: $32 to $53 per hour, dependent on experience

Sign-On Bonus: Available

Neuro ICU Department:


Our Neuro ICU specializes in handling high acuity patients, including non-trauma neurosurgical cases, strokes, specialized spine conditions, neurovascular surgeries, and seizure management. The unit features:

  • 15 beds
  • Certified Comprehensive Stroke facility
  • A robust team including onsite nurse practitioners, stroke coordinators, and a dedicated educator


Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide specialized care for patients in the Neuro ICU, managing complex cases with precision and empathy.
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement within a supportive environment led by a dedicated leadership team.
  • Participate in a unit-based practice council to contribute to policies and patient care protocols.


Qualifications:


  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active RN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
