Fox Acura is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Service Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Service Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting customers to and from our service department in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport customers to and from our service center
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service department staff
  • Keep accurate records of shuttle usage to include record of trips with names of passengers and destination pick-up or drop-off points
  • Keep a timely shuttle route
  • Assists passengers getting in and out of the shuttle
  • Notify the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may requite such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Reports accidents and/or incidents to the Service Manager immediately
  • Performs other duties as assigned
