About the Role:

In this rewarding role, you will play a vital role in fostering the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth of our students (Birth- 5). You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where children can explore, discover, and develop their unique talents and skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and creating individualized learning plans.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with preschool aged children in a classroom setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • CPR and First Aid certified (preferred).
