What it's like being a Medical Receptionist / Patient Scheduler at Inspire Horizons
  • Monitor authorizations to avoid any gaps in care and ensure clients have their therapy scheduled weekly. 
  • Work closely with providers, families, referral sources and internal teams at the front desk to collect patient documentation and maintain client records to ensure everything runs smoothly and quickly as possible.  
  • Staying on top of insurance requirements and informing internal stakeholders of any changes. 
  • Schedule: Mon - Thurs 7AM - 6PM

Role requirements
  • Previous experience in the scheduling or prior authorization processes within a healthcare setting
