JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management support for several small to medium projects or on one very large project. Provide overall supervision and technical management on construction project sites from bid preparation through job close out documentation to the customer. The Senior Project Manager shall be responsible for all the major responsibilities and essential job functions. They may choose to delegate to more appropriate persons on their team, however they ultimately are responsible.


  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A working knowledge of electrical construction at a level normally acquired through completion of five-year electrical apprentice program; and
  • 5+ years experience in a project management position in construction industry
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or other related discipline, or combination of field experience and education
  • 5+ years experience in High Tech or Mission Critical Data Center construction

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
  • Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
