Your Role:As an Inbound Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Safely operating PIT
  • Adhering to health & safety policies, GMP’s, and quality standards
  • Performing all unloading activities using a forklift and/or pallet jack
  • Utilizing RF or other handheld scanning devices to accurately scan items
  • Assisting in resolving inventory, quality, and efficiency issues
  • Working in a temperature-controlled environment averaging 38 degrees
  • Maintaining a high level of housekeeping in your assigned area
  • Performing other duties as assigned
How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Pulling and packing items on an automated pick-to-light line
  • Fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and quality
  • Ensuring a clean, safe work area
  • Adhering to health & safety policies, GMP’s, and quality standards
  • Taking on additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Previous fulfillment experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and work in cold temperatures (20-38 degrees) for 10-12 hours
  • Willingness to work in the freezer occasionally
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
  • Repetitive manual dexterity
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
