Title: SailPoint IAM Engineers

Location :onsite 2-3 days/week in Bartlesville, OK or Houston, TX office

Two SailPoint Engineers with expertise in access management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Sailpoint IdentityNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage and optimize access management processes, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate SailPoint with existing systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management and access control.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in access review and certification processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a SailPoint Engineer or similar role with a focus on access management.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with integration methodologies and tools for connecting SailPoint with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
