Quality Control

Location: Silicon Valley


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE (List in order of importance)

  • Perform level 1 inspection for IQA, 2nd Op and 3rd Op quality.
  • Perform job releases and quality tasks for C o C and data packages.
  • Issue customer job holds, customer job releases for shipments, prepare paperwork and materials for processing of customer jobs.
  • Review, analyze and interpret customer specifications and drawings.
  • Generate complex reports that may require understanding or modifying algorism.
  • Generate reports for customers, support customer interface, and work on special projects when assigned.
  • Effective utilize auto inspection/measurement tools, and modify tool setups to create recipes for individual customers.
  • Support QA Software Lotus Notes Maintenance.
  • Support daily Quality and Operational processes.
  • Flexibility to perform duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE (List as required or preferred)

Education: A bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.

Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Office and other computer products and programs.
  • Effectively utilize Epicor to generate run charts for yields.
  • Effective communication skills to achieve required results.
  • Ability to accurately track, enter, and maintain data.
  • Strong ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
