Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHospice Registered NurseAre you passionate about providing compassionate care to patients in need? Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join us in delivering exceptional Hospice care to patients within the local community, right in the comfort of their own homes**Qualifications:**
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an RN role
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois(IL) or state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality Hospice care to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changing needs
- Educate patients and families on disease management and end-of-life care**Benefits:**
