At Titans Auto Group, we are committed to providing top-notch automotive services to our valued customers. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.


Generate parts sales (retail/wholesale) while maximizing company’s profitability, understand and demonstrate capabilities and features of all parts and accessories, develop and maintain customer relationships for future sales, assist Service Department personnel (Technicians, Service Advisors, etc.) with their parts needs, provide excellent customer service.


Compensation: Additional to the hourly rate, a 3% Commission on all gross profits to be paid on a monthly basis.


Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

  • Keep current on all dealership product(s) knowledge as well as our competitors’.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships (before and after sales.)
  • Keep Parts warehouse and inventory bins clean and organized.
  • Assist Technicians/Service Advisors with accurate customer quotes.
  • Follow-up on quotes and maintain accurate notes.
  • Determine parts availability and inform Manager of low inventory levels.
  • Follow all established company, department and safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Department Head.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept with DealerTrack functions.
  • Adept with Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic sales negotiation experience.
  • Motivated to initiate new sales.
  • Able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn, retain and keep up to date on brand and product knowledge.
