**Position Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as ABA Behavior Technicians for a summer-only opportunity. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing ABA therapy programs designed to enhance the lives of our clients. This is a unique chance to make a difference in the lives of individuals while gaining valuable experience in the field of behavior analysis.

**Responsibilities:**
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide feedback and support to clients and their families.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of a high school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to our center. 

**Schedule:**
This is a summer-only position, running from June to August at our center in Raynham, MA.
