What We're Seeking:


  • A valid driver's license with a clean record is a must.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
  • No fear of heights
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Mechanically inclined with attention to problem solving
  • Basic math skills, including figuring square footage, are necessary.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs and comfort with heights for ladder climbing and roof work.

Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage your time effectively and navigate your daily routes with precision.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with clients and our customer service team.
  • Lead your team with confidence, ensuring the proper care of equipment and vehicles.

The Position:
This is a full-time role with the option for a bonus structure, offering 40-45 hours per week. While experience is preferred, we welcome eager learners who are ready to dive into the role
