Trimmer Finisher

The Trimmer / Finisher personnel will help with reading and understanding detailed instructions on how to finish products that pertain to Rubber & or Fabric Seal Molding.

• Trim, buff, manicure, and clean parts as instructed by the process router or department supervisor.
• Repair or rework damaged parts if deemed applicable per instructions of Quality or rework process router.
• Ready parts and paperwork for presentation to quality final inspection
• Complete assignments in a timely manner
• Be able to follow department managers instructions as required.
• Be able to read and understand process routers.
• Document sign off on applicable operations.
• Input daily production data into Industrios MRP system.
• Perform visual in process inspection of product and segregate non-conforming product from production.
• Verify daily production counts.
• Assist as required or assigned throughout the facility.
• Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if insufficiencies. exist on opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school graduate preferable and or general education degree. One plus years in related field and manufacturing experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Able to read, write and comprehend verbal and written English instructions.
